In response to reported problems that people were unable to contact us to add themselves to the guestlist, we have now introduced a new system where you can add yourselves.

Please print this page off so that you can follow the steps.

The system requires you to create a profile (only once) with a username you want to be know by.Once you have a profile you can add - or remove - yourself to any party date for the rest of the year.

Its easy to do.

1.    Click "Register" from the menu at the top of the page

2.    Fill in the details requested - if you make a mistake you can fix later, but make sure you enter a valid email address, or you will not be able to confirm.

3.    If you have spam filters installed, make sure that you allow mails from This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

4.    When you recieve the confirmation mail, click the link to make your registration live.

5.    You can now login.

6.    This will open a new menu at the top of the column on the left called the "members menu"

7.    From this menu you can see the

• Members list - all the people that come to the parties.
• The parties list - by clicking on the dates you can see who is booked to attend a party, add yourselves or remove yourself should you need to cancel.
• Your Profile - where you can edit your personal details.

8.    You have to be a member to see who is coming to a party. Your photos can only be seen by other registered members.

9.    When you click on "Your Profile", you will see a button at the top of the page to edit your profile. In here you can

• Add your main profile picture
• Edit the details that appear on your profile.

10.  At the bottom of the screen you will see three Buttons:

• "Contact Info" Which holds your details
• "Events" Which shows which events you are booked to attend
• "Gallery" Where you can add some more photos for the other guests to see a bit more of you.
